Well Downunda, just be thankful you didn't learn the hard way - could have been very messy. This is why they always warn on TV 'Do Not Try This At Home'.

Well, try a metal kitchen strainer with metal duck tape. This is a good combination to reflect ghostly rays.

And yes, a party with loud music will cause it or them to retreat. It may take a couple of hours of drinking like Downunda said but very few paranormals can resist this kind of attack!

*\Conan/*! this is a serious disscusion and it has no room for your fancy metal duct tape! Consider this your final warning!

*me trying to keep a straight face* *and failing*

Well at least since our staunch ally Donut seems to have left the building...

So you guys are telling me i should wrap foil around my head before i go to bed at night when all of this is been happining in the kithen. My nephews did the cloathing closet thing just to make me mad.I don't know much upon my towns history except that Teddy Rusavelt came to my town.Bully!Bully!I'm starting to get real scared now becuz last night I saw a ghostly white figure standing in the middle of my bedroom doorway. It got really cold all of asudden.I know only a little bit of things like this.I freaked out and got off the top bunk of my bed and grabbed my cross necklace and started praying with the cross in my hands to Christ.I looked up at the Ghostly figure and saw it looked like a man and it dissapeared. The are a few people that have died here lately. My dog died about 5 months ago though. Also like i said before a teenage girl died in a car wreck. What's an 11 year old to do when ya got a ghost in your house. And why ar'nt my smilies working everytime a post or reply?I can't put any of those instant smilies on my posts.

Well if you wrap your PC in silver foil too, the smilies will be protected from any paranormal effects. Perhaps Ziroc will wrap the server in silver foil too if you ask him nicely.

No no no no no no no no NO - not just ANY foil - it must be silver foil. And have you checked your coat hangers yet as my good friend Donut has suggested. Siler foil as I mentioned earlier is very rare...... so:

Another alternative is take a spare bar of ordinary household soap. Select one end, and cut the corners at 45 degree angles so that you have one pointed end that is precisely a right angle (take your time and be accurate). The shape is now, what is referred to as the Paranormal Protectorate (which in reality is a 5 corniced sophistiric pentacle). At the very tip of that top right angle you place a grain of salt (sea salt is best). In the bottom right hand corner a grain of sugar, bottom left a pepper kernel (any colour), on the right truncate a leaf of basil (fresh is always best), and on the left truncate a vanilla seed.

Now Downunda - note the total absence of any garlic - as I indicated before this is NOT ABOUT any ficticious damned VAMPIRES!!!!

OK - you place this bar of soap in your family letterbox slot - not to annoy the postman, but to create an intense band or aura of protection around the address. As I alluded to before, there are potent potent anti paranormal forces known as holistic barriers - you now know of two of them.

Good luck - and DO IT NOW!!!!!!

Ok, well, I have a neighbor who's friend's brother told me that if you see stuff... you know like people in the dark who aren't there and all, that one way to get rid of them is to wear an eyepatch but he said you spray that chrome paint on it from the automobile parts store and you wear it on the left eye one day and the right eye the next day. He said that if you do that the apparitions won't come near you cuz they can't see you.

His brother tried it. He was seeing this skunk in his yard for ages but the thing didn't smell which creeped him out and he saw it up close one night and it gave him goosebumps so he says he just knew it wasn't a 'real' skunk and he tried this eyepatch for a month and he didn't see the thing! But one day he forgot to switch eyes and *shudder* a dead squirrel showed up in his back yard. His neighbor said it must be the skunk-thing was killing in his back yard, you know like warning or somesuch but he wasn't sure and he still wears that patch but never saw that skunk again so I wonder Davros, you think that might have worked? Or was it some other barrier? I never heard of the foil thing but is chrome the same stuff sort of? Like this is so weird!
