It's a +1 saves for every 4.5 points of CON.

Anybody with Cleric classes can cast Draw Upon Holy Might to really boost those saving throws.

Unfortunately my knowledge of pnp AD&D is mostly limited to 1st edition rules, but, assuming the rule didn't get dropped from 2nd edition, a 19 CON is supposed to confer an extra +1 to certain saves (see "Dieties and Demigods" for example).

It is my understanding that BIS didn't implement this rule.

Ooh, ooh! I almost forgot Comet. Don't confuse it with the Level 10 Mage spell, though. This spell conjures a billowing cloud of noxious lemony cleaning vapors that instantly destroys molds, slimes, and oozes, and also destroys undead creatures except for skeletons (seeing as they're already bleached clean). You know how filthy zombies and liches can be.
