I can't believe no one got this one yet. May I venture a guess:
Dirty Harry

EDIT: The conversation goes something like this. "You are thinking 'He fired two shots infront of the truck, one in the corner, two at the crossing, and then there was a different bang. Was that a shot? Did he fire five bullets or six?' So the question is 'Do I feel lucky?'. Well do ya? Punk."
It's flawed, but that's roughly how it goes

I know this one by heart (great for Gotcha sessions

) and it goes:
"I know what you're thinking. Did he fire six shots or only five? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I've kinda lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk?"

Maybe your version is from one of the sequels?
