Oh guys, let's return back to songs that not only specialists know.

( If I ever know a right answer, I'll take lyrics of a local costume group from munich )

No one?

It was Ark - Heal the waters

New quote:

I hear footsteps closing in
I recognize them from my early days
The times are different the image remains the same
Repeating backflashes remembering the name
Approaching visions of things I can't recall
A familiar smile awakes the pain
Unkept promises
The night awaits
The act of confidence
TITLE OF SONG EDITED OUT
I feel the lips on my cheek
TITLE OF SONG EDITED OUT
Haunts me once again

Dplax, I looked it up and I do know the band (by name) but I doubt it will be easy to guess. I would never have gotten it without Google. Maybe slightly more mainstream bands would work better? And I know I've been guilty of posting lesser known quotes too, so I don't blame you or anything , but prog metal is not an extremely popular category. Unless you pick something well known and more widely popular like Dream Theater or Queensr˙che...

Oh, and I've never even heard of Ark!

I know that prog isn't too popular, but since I listen most of the time to that it is easiest for me to post their lyrics. However about the current lyrics I wouldn't classify the band as unknown, and they are definitely not prog. Also the song is one of their most known songs.

*sigh* No Stratovarius fans here? The quote was from Kiss of Judas by Stratovarius. New quote:

Can I get your hand to write on
Just a piece of lead to bite on
What am I to fly my kite on
Do you want to flash your light on
Take a look it’s on display - for you
Coming down no not today
