I think I'd choose to be a shapeshifter, with super healing. Assume whatever shape would be handy at the moment, including copying other people, and live a nice long healthy life exploring the world by land, air, and sea.
Kynaeus, what was the name of that novel? Sounds interesting.

Weather control could be an excellent choice. When I think of drought, forest fires etc. It could sure come in handy.
