We're only there for a day...get a bus in at 9am, bus back at *some other time* then back on the ferry and home.

Fact is I've got one mate who is really, really slow (as in thinking) although quite clever.

...we told him female poo was pink and fluffy and he believed us We were about 13/14 at the time.

Also told him boys had periods, and made him panic cause he hadn't started his LOL

Well he is clever intellectually, just lacks a bit of common.

In his GCSE's he did well, A's and B's, and has took hard subjects at A Level (Chemistry and Biology...wants to be a doctor. I'll be damned if I go to see him, I can see it now...)

"Right, there you are sir, all sewn up...where did I leave my pen..."

He really is smart. But around here clever means common and smart means bookwise... Small misinterpretation

Ahh right I see! I sometimes forget some people on here (and the internet in general) don't all live near me, or even speak the same language as a first language as me, so my slang/phrases confuse a lot of people *grin*

Should start typing in "correct English" rather than my lazy, northern dialect

Well, actually I speak in one tongue what is considered a northern dialect and another which is considered a "islander" dialect in my second language. That might also confuse me...

*hands johnny a broom and a black/white skirt* Here, see if you can attract some attention and get people into the cafe!

I was sick over Christmas and just got back to being online. Although now I've got NWN2 vying for my time as well!

Well, let's just say that not even the police can be trusted there. last year there was a gang from some eastern European country active, fully dressed as police officers. They mostly sought out Japanese tourists, routinechecking their stuff and making their money and jewelry dissapear all at the same time. Pickpocketers are very active there as well, and not to mention the people that walk up to you asking if you're interested in dope. You might wanna stay clear from the "zeedijk", the red light district, it can be a hazardous place from time to time.

Because if that's what people told you, I'm not going to say otherwise. It's more awesome than the truth.
No, but I'm sure someone mentioned your fluffy pink slippers and robe......
