Give it a go! Really, I mean it. You have to act a bit at first. Just *pretend* that your not shy, go and talk to people. After you've done it a few times you realise it's fun and start to enjoy it - then you realise you're not shy anymore! You have to have a bit of determination if you try to change any aspect of yourself, but it's worth it!
