And I was so bloody close too. I'll challenge some random foe this time. I think that it'll be only a couple more battles before I get a level up....

If it's any consolation, you came very close to beating Saving Grace. That last teleport sent her 30 feet in the air (I determined the height randomly...the first time, she only went about 15ft). The impact from that one took her down low enough for you to finish her with 1 or 2 hits from your scimitar...she just beat you on initiative. Fear not, brave champions. Word of our contests is spreading and new recruits are joining each day. I've added two new members to the ROSTER and will probably add a 3rd one today. They are - Encard - Wild Mage, Oorg Ugggh - Half-orc Beserker, and Lorath, the Deadly - Ranger (from HADB Arena). In addition, we still haven't had any challenges from or against Deathkiller or Meegosh. So let's see if we can get EVERYONE involved! |
