Meanwhile Shadwohound is still hanging off his short sword, on the shadowriders back. He casts lightning and watches as the electricity flows through the sword and through the shadowrider.

Watching as the frenzied creature swings its sword around Glorfindel sees another oppurtunity to attack, he throws 3 chromatic orbs at the creature before charging at it and driving his blade into the same arm as before.

The new form looks at the Shadowrider and shouts "I am Deshin... and I am your doom!!!" With that Deshin draws a massive 2-handed sword from its sheath, runs up and delivers a bone-crushing blow to his opponents sheild.

Shadowhound rubs his head, "ow that hurt, was it realy neccessary" he stands up and realises he left his short sword in the riders back.

She silently points to his sword, then looks back at him with a raised eyebrow. She whispers, "that could have been your arm, instead of just your sword". Silently watches the sword melt...........

Glorfindel turns again on the screaming shadow and looks at the two gashes in its arm.... amazed that no blood is coming out of them he decides that slashing at the monster isnt a very good tactic. Glorfindel thinks quickly about possible tactics, changes his mind and casts shapechange. Turning into a huge Earth elemental he looks down on the now quite small shadowrider and slams one of his gigantic feet ontop of it, making a nice little crater in the room. Hoping that the shadow cant regenerate he transforms into a fire elemant and flames the crumbled heap in the crater.
