The other thing I'm noticing is that they seem to be getting these powers at the same time. Hiro just got them; the waitress just started remembering everything, Peter, Nikki.. seems like there's some type of connection..

No, I'm not... Jay is. Heh. We actually went to Obby's the other day and he gave us the first 6 eps (by this stage we'd already seen the first episode) on DVD. Coincidentally, we ended up watching FIVE in a row that night heh. Up to date now, though.

I'm personally loving Claire and Hiro. Jessica is pretty badass, too. I really hope Hiro saves this Ari girl.... she was tops. Plus, this way Hiro could get laid, which seems to be NECESSARY for him to become all deadpool like with ninja swords heh. Oh, and she might be the one to teach him English

LOL Yeah I have the first 7 episodes and should be watching 8 tonight.... Yeah Hiro look pretty bad ass with that sword.

Still can't wait to see Sylar though he sounds badass. Looks like he has most of their powers already.

Hmmm... the vision Mohinder was having.

Wasn't that his big sister in them? I seem to recall that, at the end of the episode, he gets into the drawer and finds the profile on his little sister, which is the same person as in the vision! bam!

Man, that was a mouthful.

I just saw the first episode. Wow! Great show! I'm obviously more curious about the mother because they did her part in a way that we would have no choice, but the one I think is the most interesting so far is the cheerleader.

Is the Pilot the same as the first episode?

Jessica: Shoots the rifle...did she hit him? Did you see on the previews of next monday...Jessica's name was on a tombstone...does that mean that Nikki is possessed by a ghost? Micah knows a lot about this Jessica, but I found it odd that he told his dad that Nikki does not know about her. Was he lying? I really like DL. He's a good dad. He was going back to help Nikki just because he loves Micah (and Nikki) so much...and now he understands the Jessica part.

Eden: She's like a super-power! She can nullify powers by suggestion, and that's awesome! I thought for a minute that she'd decided to work with Sylar and defect to the dark side, but then the Haitian stepped in.

Sylar: How'd he survive the fall? He was no where near Claire, and was up and gone before she came back to help Peter. I knew Peter would be saved with Claire's help.

Hiro: MIA. Man...where is that little freak? Why has he not come back? The waitress said that he had not been seen in a few weeks, from the six-month trip he took back in time. Therefore, he's run off some place else, but why? Did he not realize that he'd miss doing the "saving the world" thing?

Peter: Performed as expected. Did what he could. Now he has to go to jail? What the heck with dad? He does not want to help the man who saved his daughter's life? He'd let that man go to jail? Come on dad! We're needing to see you do more! I predict that Peter will be given to the hot FBI lady who will expect to have found their Sylar in him, but then Matt will step in and proclaim Peter is not Sylar, and then be set free, some how. I don't know how...

Claire: Too bad she could not save the mean girl's life. Why did Sylar let the mean girl slowly die? I thought at first that Sylar could sense the heroes or knew who they were, but I was wrong. He has no idea until he witnesses them doing stuff. The world has yet to be saved! Just saving Claire tonight means that in the future, she'll be needed at some crucial moment, but tonight's episode had nothing to do with the explosion. I predict that its radiation guy who blows up NYC. Makes sense. And since Claire can approach him without dying, she'd be the one to "stop him" some how.

Okay...that means that maybe Hiro learned something in his trip that shows him exactly why Claire is the savior of the city and so he realizes that going back to the diner was not the right way to save the city, but instead works ahead and alone to set up the Claire vs. Radiation man scenario, where the world truely needs to have the attention placed on it. Either that...or Hiro missed and did not aim straight and got lost in time. He's out there now, being chased by a T-rex. lol

That's all my thoughts for now.

I just finished watching up to 5. I have all the way up to 8 that my friend recorded, and I think I'll watch them all tonight before going to sleep.

The series is REALLY good so far. I'm a little annoyed that I missed the episode today, but I couldn't just watch it without seeing the rest of the series first.

I missed about the last minute or so. My VCR clock is a bit fast. What happened with Hiro and the waitress at the restaurant. Looks like it was her birthday. Did they just take a picture or something? He said he was there to rescue her and then the group of people called her over.
