Dude on my days/nights off I have been known to play NWN's until 9 am in the morning. I know, It's mental but not uncommon for many avid gamers.

it is now after 2 in the morning, and my 3 year old is asleep after an all out fight with her, and her daddy. he let her climb into my bed, even after I had told her it was not going to happen :/ I am getting frustrated with that

It's only 11pm for me but I got work in the morning, the reason I'm staying up is cause mah Jennah isn't home yet and I'm a slight bit worried... She went to a movie with a friend and was due back 2 hours ago :/
Hoping that she's gone to bed without cruising on the puter but I'm a stay up for another hour just incase she's still out.

First off, Gab, there are smoother ways to indicate concern and LadyZ's post was pretty obviously meant in fun and good humor. Unfortunately your post came off as rude to her since others realized it was a 'light' topic and took it in that spirit.
Gangrell, no matter how irritated a post makes you, calling people names doesn't make it better. Try and remember that before you hit the post button and send a pm instead, ok? Don't want to see you get in trouble for breaking ToS. Downunda, I hope all is well with LB!! To the topic... LOL, I've been online at IW at all hours over the years I've been a member. I can remember staying up all night on several occasions to chat with the Aussie contingent or after finishing a multiplay game with friends. Can't recall being drunk while posting, but I was just a wee bit bit 'tipsy' one night while posting with Armisael on the old blueboard.

I too think I've been here during all of the possible 24 hours at some point. Sober, drunk, happy, sad, tired, awake...
The world is a constant place now. I and many others are creatures of the night, and the day, and the arvo and eve... the perils of the 24 hour workplace. No time is late or early anymore. It just is... Some would do well to remember that their lifestyle is not the only one.

Lav...last time I checked, the moderator title was still under my name, so let's not second guess me today. Gangrell knows I was looking out for his best interests in not breaking the rules.
LadyZ's thread is fine as is. People may still want to discuss their late night posting frenzies here! Of course, one person's late night is another person's early morning! I know the Aussies and I always crossed paths at weird hours! Anyone ever get home really late and pop onto IW just to read and end up staying online til the sun came up? I have! Not lately, though....must be getting old or something! LOL
