Anything that might hit me from above, that I cannot dodge like nuclear strikes, meteors, AL-Quaeda airplanes, cows, castles(castles in the sky ya know) and general poop from birds.

The only thing we have to fear is Fear itself.

In all honesty I fear that I'm right.

I suffer from some mild paranoia. I don't have hallucinations, but I always see the worst possible scenario in any case.

As an example, I am really afraid of insects entering my ears, nose, or mouth. I sometimes tell myself "What if I go to sleep, and there happen to be a spider in my room, and it get into my ear?"

I frequently have to look behind me to make sure I am alone, fear unexpected noises, and it usually take lots of willpower to open up my wardrobe and such.

Actually, about an hour ago I was too scared to open up my closet to take a bag, so as I was typing this message, I decided to go open it up, and the wind the door made when I opened it moved an empty bag, and it made me jump.
