See that's why I put none for #4, I assumed it would be illegal because it would be a conflict of interest for them to have been married.

Judge is defendant's wife(father of wife's son)
Judge is defendant (insest, & father of own son)
No relationship (Defendant's SISTER is married to the brother-in-law, that has only ONE sister, who's husband is the father of her/his son.)
