Just do as I do and use one set in one weapon slot and another in another weapon slot. Switch them as the situation needs. Witness my 4 staff's

Rago's Flame Staff
Energy +10
Fire damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Fire Magic)
Improves Casting speed using Fire Magic skills (Chance 20%)
Improves skill recharge using Fire Magic skills (Chance 20%)
Energy +5
Enchantments last 20% longer

Bortak's Bone Staff
Energy +10
Cold damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Death Magic)
Improves Casting speed using Death Magic skills (Chance 20%)
Improves skill recharge using Death Magic skills(Chance 20%)
Energy +5
Armor +7 (vs. physical attacks)

Morgriff's Staff
Energy +10
Cold damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Death Magic)
Improves Casting speed (Chance 10%)
Improves skill recharge (Chance 10%)
Armor +5
Armor +5

Runar's Brimstone Staff
Energy +10
Lightning damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Air Magic)
Improves Casting Speed using Air Magic (Chance 20%)
Improves Skill Recharge using Air Magic (Chance 20%)
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)
Energy +5

The two I posted are doable with collecters; they're fairly easy to get. I think I'll just get both...

Ah yes... the Morgriff staff... Best weapon a Dark Aura Bomber could want...
I used to have three weapon slots(the staff, two +15/-1 items and an empty slot), but realised that I never use the +15/-1 ones because 11 Soul Reaping gets me out of tight spots every time. But it's not a bad energy-on-demand scheme.
Out of the two there, yes, the truncheon/idol is better. But only until something drops an Insightful +3 mod. Then, all bets are off.
And you can add 2 upgrades on an item. A Staff acceps heads and wrappings. You can't have two wrappings or two heads, but you can have one of each. And I think that isn't a bad staff to upgrade. Sure, Curses will profit from fast cast, but a little less from the recharge, as don't have many spam skills so you can't rely on it. Blood, on the other hand, has plentyful of spam skills, and when fastcast or recharge triggers on one, it will almost always be useful.

Sorry no chance in selling that staff. Dave's been pestering me to give him my Rago's staff as well LOL.

The good news is that I have seen that Brimstone staff selling for anywhere between 10-25K in Warcamp.

Or get a collectors air staff and add an insightful head and a armour wrap. (cheaper option)

BUT IT WON'T BE GREEEEEEN! *Whinges*

Bah. I need to farm like crazy to get my funds up just so I can have better items than you

Does anyone know if there are green item variations that have blood/hex requirements? *looks at Timbo*

Do y'all happen to use team speak or Ventrilo by chance?

I would normall direct you to this website http://www.guildwiki.org/ but it seems as though its down at the moment. Gives an outline on all the green items and what they do/need.

At the moment we don't use teamspeak as we don't PvP at all. If we go PvP then I would say we could hook something up. Means I need to get a mic though.....

In my guild, we frequently use Teamspeak, any time we do PvP, or any of the tougher PvE missions that could use some organisation. Or just for the hell of it. Recently started experimenting with Ventrilo, but there is no server in Croatia or anywhere close, so the lag is bad for us. But from what I gather, Ventrilo tops Teamspeak.
Yes, there are Blood and Curse greens, like the Fleshweaver.

Yeah, I've tried to get onto Guildwiki for a while but to no avail. We really should look into teamspeak as well. Although, I'm sure we could always just keep using the phone P

Seems to be working thus far, heh.
