ooc: Sorry for the lack of posts on my behalf, school has been keeping me busy.

IC: Bakilas drew his six-shooter and aimed it steadily at Roderick, "It does not have to happen like this, if you throw down your weapons and surrender you shall be left unharmed. You are obviously outmatched here."

Roderick grits his teeth, and thinks. Then, he puts his pistols away, and pulls a giant gun that hangs from a strap on his back. He lifts it up and stares Bakilas fiercely in the eye.

"We may be outmatched, but you the second you make a move, we all die. This is a High Energy Blaster, it can create a massive amount of energy that can kill us all. I'm not afraid to use it, and don't think you'd survive. The Interplanar Court is trying to disband these babies because the injury risk for the wielder and allies is extremely high. It can destroy a normal house with no problem, and if you are lucky to survive tje explosion, you'd be burned to a crisp due to the intense heat. I'm willing to die just to get that tube back, and the army has my vital funtions wired so they know when i die, so the minute i die they come over here. So then, if you would just hand over the tube."

"I wonder if your friend there feels the same way." He turns his head slightly to look at Kineada while keeping an eye and his gun on Roderick, "Are you willing to die just so his employers can get the tube? I feel that would be a rather unsatisfactory arrangement for both of us Kineada."

Roderick tenses up even more.

"True, he is not in the army. But by any means I have to retrieve that tube from you Lylock scum, no doubt you plan wreak havoc on everything we have accomplished. Kineada can live, she can just runaway. But I've got my orders, and I'll die before I see myself fail!"

"I am far from a she" and with that Kin makes a quick movement and with a btight flash he disappears leaving white fluffy smoke in his wake.

Suddenly the world came back... The red figure was back, he had a shocked expresion on his face, he looked at the sky, which was now a wild blue swirling mass, kind of what the Path from one dimension to another lookedl ike... infact... IT WAS a dimensional path!

The tile ceature imploded and fell into a nice neat pile of rooftiles, Everyone stood about shocked and in fear... Then a roof fell over their heads, with many piplines running across the ceilng, Shelves sprung up around them, hundreds of people seemed to appear from nowhere, they looked like they were pushing around shopping carts...

A P-A system came online and echoed "attention Walmart Shoppers, there's a special deal in Isle 7 on Goobers and Raisenettes..."

Some voices murmered and it grew quiet again... The man in the mask exploded, too, in a cloud of white smoke... Roderik and Bakilas stared eachother down...

Somebody had to make a move... they appeared to be in a frozen food isle...

meanwhile above in the Rafters, Kin and the masked man appeared in puffs of smoke...

"So you think you are a Samurai of some kind huh? well allow me to show you TRUE PAIN!" he said through his smiling mask... With that he leapt forward across one of the pipes and started to dash across the rafters, pulling out a katana, He was about to strike...

" No not a Samuri, just a capable man " with that Kin pulled pulled out the single looking sword at his side and charged forward to meet the masked mans attack. Deflecting the masked mans vicious attack to the side, while side stepping, Kin rolled over the mans back with a flipping action and proceeded to attack the mans exposed backside.

Roderick spoke instantaneously that broke the awkward but tense silence,"You know, Raisenettes have always been one my favorite foods." He froze. What the hell was he thinking?

Biting his lip with an immense amount of force, he put his High Energy Blaster on his back, put his hands on his two laser pistols. "So, its just you and me, a fight to the death. A Lylock soldier, versus an Interplanar Army officer. I hope you have real combat experiance boy, because true war is brutal and bloody, and those who are not trained in the arts of combat well often fall the first." Now Roderick's voice had completely changed. He strongly emphasized the word real, and spoke with such a ferocious but silent tone that could scare a full grown man.
