OOC: I thought the battle at the ALSB-temple was over? Last time I read that thread, all the Liches had been vanquished.

~she looks around, trying to figure out how she got here....~

AFAICS, the battle with the liches is not over. They have been blinded in the name of Aerie (by Avatar), and have had their approach to the temple hindered by both a wall from the plane of brilliance (by Elif), and a small current of air (by yours truly).
They have been hindered, but not stopped. We are currently having a small party in the temple of aerie, as a preparation for the fight... i guess...

Manyaer strides through the portal dragging Dagorion and Jaran with him. He throws them on the floor and makes a guesture towards the portal, which promptly closes.
He then moves over to the large desk by the main fire, and picks up a scroll. He makes a sound of disbalief, and speaks to all those gathered... "The Palace isnt aloud in the air... I have to move it. He raises the great ring on his left hand, and speaks to it quickly and quietly in the ancient tounge.
The palace begins to rumble and move... Manyaers robes and boots shift from skyblue to a green which blends into his surroundings... the palace continues to travel through space, and the Great Ring does not even dim its glowing...

A large bump can be felt throughout the Palace, and the great ring ceases glowing. The palace, however, keeps moving, quite speedily, through the air...
Manyaer walks over to his desk, and looks at another piece of parchment on it. Reading it with a look of dismay on his face, he puts it into his cloak.
He turns around to the constantly burning fire, and pulls a surprisingly unburned stick from it. He thrusts the end back into the flames, and pulls it back out burning.
He lifts it up and looks at a large piece of parchment over the fire in the torches light. He then turns back around, and raises the torch.
Suddenly, the palace looses its shine, and numerous torches around the walls burst into flames. Manyaer addresses those assembled in the great hall. "Where we are going, I have very little control. I cannot change forms, unless it is forced. Also, I have been informed that my name must change. From here on, you will call me Sultair. The place where we are going is, luckily, shielded in such a way that none will be able to find us. "
He then sits behind his desk, and casts the torch into the fire. He then draws a large candle from his cloak and lights it. He begins reading a very large book on the desk by light of the candle...

Will someone please do something ?? The palace has lifted off the cloud, changed a lot, and is moving... woddaya gonna do- sit there ??

Yea, we're gonna sit here and hold on to something real tight. What else do you expect people to do inside a moving palace?
