When you talk to Desharik and choose to act insane, a great exchange of words between Minsc and Desharik about a parrot ensues. And in ToB, when the fake Gorion is about to turn back into his true form and says something like "Cunning, godchild. It will be a pleasure to feast upon your soul."

I probably don't remember enough to describe it accurately, but perhaps those out there with all that experience know it: I seem to remember a conversation fairly early on between Haer'D and Edwin where Haer'D actually got the better of Edwin in the verbal spar and told Edwin he must be compensating (for a lack of something).

The dialogue surprised me so much my wife in the other room came in wondering what was so friggin' funny.

Also from lilacor: Hey! We've got a bleeder!

Once after a rather lenghty bout with trolls, minsc was pretty hammered and started a dialogue about why he was always the one who takes damage during a fight, and one of the options for the pc response was, "Is it just me, or are you a freakishly huge juggernaut(sp?) who goes off at the drop of a hat?". How can you not laugh at that?

Bloodaxe! Now THAT's a surname.

I'm a fan of the occasional dialogues between the evil party members; Edwin, Viconia and Korgan. These three make a fun party all on their own and, I feel, get on better with each other than the many 'good' party combinations you can have. There's one dialogue in which Korgan points out to Edwin that they're of a kindred spirit...

"We know the longlimb's capacity for the horrible and the severe, aye? We know."

... and Edwin even seems to agree. Odd, considering you'd expect the wizard to slap down ANYONE who tried to claim that they had anything in common with him...

Viconia: Minsc, that tattooo on your face, does it have some tribal significance. Or did some nuresery´s fingerpainting class assault you with blue pastels?

Minsc: I dont like the tone of your voice dark elf. The face minsc has, is the face the LADIES LOVE! Boo loves Minsc´s face too, dont you, dont you, yeee!

That one is GREAT...

And also the thing where Anomen explains that Sir Keldorn is an old Paladin, perhaps a little bit arrogant etc. and Jan raplies with "So you are saying that he is not so different from you?"...

And then i LOVE the wordy play between Imoen and Korgan in ToB.
First i thought they REALLY would end up fighting... Har Har Har...

"Magic is impressive, but Now Minsc lead, swords for everyone."

Minsc's dialogue with Jaheira in the forest, about how can he possibly be a ranger and be so stupid.

I also like Edwin's accent.

And the dialogue between Minsc and Aerie about having Aerie performing her duties for him and Boo was funny
Ah, and obviously, the banter between Jon Jon and an old 'friend' from the past (don't want to spoil his/her name) in the ToB final battle is amusing

Edit: Also, when Anomen talks to Aerie and asks her if she talks much since she stutters and seems shy to speak out. Then he says something like:
"One as important as I am used to speaking out."

Yes, quite an important squire, isn't he?

I never really kept Jan in my party long enough to hear all of his, but I feel like I'm missing out.

And even tho it's not THAT funny, I can't help but giggle at the dialogue options you get to try and convince the one dark elf lady that you're 'unable to perform'

I am partial to a lot of Minsc's comments. The first time I played the game (having never played BG1) and he said I was 'ducky' I was like "I have to keep this guy the whole game!"
