I wish there was some info about the BG2 kits posted in BG1 areas, so those of us who get really anal-retentive about planning ahead (like me) can go the extra mile in overdesigning their character. What are the disadvantages of the Archer kit, Kaz? So far the only kit I've heard described in detail is the Cavalier (Paladin kit. Bonuses: Extra special abilities, better THACO/Damage against several types of enemies. Drawbacks: Cannot use ranged weapons). I know a little bit about the Kensai and Assassin as well, but not as much as I'd like. Is there a place where I can look those up (without buying BG2, of course)?
