Didn't have a chance to read the whole thread as I'm posting from the Northwest lounge at Narita Airport in Tokyo waiting for a connecting flight, but geez this dad has condemned his kid to a childhood of teasing and torture I reckon. Pretty ordinary stuff and inconsiderate to his child.

Putting it back on track slightly (and resurrecting it a wee bit), I just read today that all three children have been removed from the home by Family Services. No news as to why... yet....

I wonder if there's more to this tory than we're being told. Giving their kids embarrassing names are not grounds for removal.

I'm sure there's more going on. My wife is a social worker, and usually family services gets called for cases of abuse and neglect. A simple name isn't typically enough.
