What's the most annoying key on the keyboard?

NO no no no no no no no no - none of you got it right - it's the ";" key that really really sux. The number of tmes I want to type don;t - see - without trying did it again - this key is SO obviously in the wrong place. I want to put about a petion that all keyboard manufacturers swap the ; and ' keys forthwith.

Well you know.. im of the opinion that if you are using a windows keyboard.. and you like to use a keyboard to get around your os.. then the windows key is great.. that much quicker.. but the accidental hit sucks for the alt tab factor for sure..

Hmmm... I don't really get all that annoyed... I'm afairly easy going guy... but keys i have problems with are a small backspace key (where i keep hitting \ instead...) a small-ish enter key (i keep hitting \) and a small left shift key (where - guess what - i hit the \ key a lot)... (note: i only have a small enter key... the others are problems when i use other keyboards)... but of course... you have to have one of these small keys... i suppose i prefer the small enter key... the small shift is worst...

I often hit the insert key... but i usually notice it in time...

I sometimes hit the caps lock key which is quite annoying... my IT teacher taught me a way of switchign a word between first letter capitals, no capitals, and all capitals... which was useful... but i forgot it... if any one knows it, will they please tell me?

I also sometimes hit left alt instead of space, so i get a menu instead... but that's not too bad...

I occasionally hit the windows key by accident... but i don't mind much...

Well that's all... if i had an extended keyboard though... well...

I feel I want to agree with just about everybody here. But in the final analysis the keys I hate the absolute most are those underneath the one I am aiming at which keeps moving and getting in the 888888 szh111 .embarrassed. [img]graemlins/scream.gif[/img]
