If xvarts are cousins to smurfs, are they also getting us ready for the the coming of Krishna?

Does anybody know what movie I'm referencing? (For 10 bonus points)

It's a long drawn out story about the smurfs acclimating children all over the world to seeing blue people, which obviously must be preparing the world for the coming of Krishna.

Answer to bonus question: Slacker by Richard Linklater

Wow - a non-smurf movie about smurfs? That's just... smurfy (of course!).

Two new real-life animals today:
Eagle owl (for non arctic areas, but subarctic would work anyway, as their ranges seem quite wide)
King cobra (better version of the giant poisonous snake)

The owl is cool. The snake is pretty nice too, but aren't King Cobra's the hooded ones, with the wide flair out by their head when they are provoked? Regardless, it's still a nice looking snake.

Yeah, those are the right snakes The thing is, from a mostly sideways point of view, the hood is rather hard to see... I don't want to exaggerate it, either...

(King Cobras apparently come in different flavors - this one is the green (lime) flavor )
