~1 day later...~

"Stop here, Windy," Alliene whispered into the horses ear. They stood in the thickly wooded forest surrounding Trademeet. Directly ahead of them, a large patch of pure black sat in a small break of the trees, despite the sunlight streaming through the branches. Alliene knew what was in there. Sliding off Wind Shadow, she smoothed out her hair and adjusted her sword belt. Not even her infravision would penetrate that dead black once she entered it. Steeling herself, she walked forward, stopping just at the edge, "Wait for me here, Windy," the stallion snorted and nodded his silver head. Taking a breath, Alliene stepped into the black wall.

As she had suspected, nothing lay before her but blackness. She waved her hand an inch in front of her face and saw nothing. Only the glow of her swords seeping out of the tops of their scabbards provided light, and even their bright glows were swallowed by the darkness. She put forward a tentative foot, and suddenly she felt the cold steel of a sword pressing against her throat,

"Mir ol kivvil." a steely voice snarled, "Shar 'udtila naut plynn valyrine ulu dosst valyrin wun ilta k'lar d'onhir,"

Translation
Mir ol kivvil. Shar 'udtila naut plynn valyrine ulu dosst valyrin wun ilta k'lar d'onhir= Stop right there. Shar does not take kindly to surfacers entering her place of worship.
