"its getting kinda late. before it gets totally dark i am going to find some fire wood so that we have some warmth while we sleep. Also i think that we should sleep in shifts with either two of us awake or only one. but if there are more goblins about like Calaethis thinks there are then maybe we shouldn't be take watch by ourselves." dameon goes into the forest to go find some wood.

With Dameon gone, Alliene turned to Calaethis with a scowl

"You could have just told me you were going to kill goblins. There is no need to bring their hacked remains to my feet," she reached down to touch the goblins head, vaporizing it, "Those goblins are fools of they think to ambush us. An arrow of theirs would scarcely scratch my skin. And please, do not argue with Dameon. I know he is new, but he has obvious experience. Next time you bicker, it will be my swords on both of you"

She set about removing her outter clothing, then settled herself down cross legged in the stream, where it swirled to her waist. A lone howl followed by a screech was heard, and Alliene smiled. A rustling was heard, and a wolf bounded into the camp, tackling Calaethis and licking his face happily. Alliene winked at him

"Enjoy your surprise, I hope?"

Alliene waved her hands and a small parchment and quill appeared. She had been working on a size-shifting spell for Zachana, so that she could assume her true size and her miniature size at will. She hadn't found the right words and gestures yet, but she was getting closer. She scribbled her failed attempts so that she wouldnt repeat any while Zachy watched her curiously, sitting contentedly on her knee, half in the water.

Want to go to a tavern and talk, where it's more comfortable? I can find us a good tavern in this area.. plus, this place makes me kinda nervous." She shrugged offhandedly.

Dameon comes into the camp with a huge arm full of wood. He sees a huge wolf playing with Calaethis. "Nice animal Calaethis those are honorable creatures. i love wolves."
Dameon sets about making a fire one that can last all night with the wood he got. Dameon tries not to make it look like he is looking at Alliene but he looks and admires her from afar.

Glancing up from her paper, Alliene mutters and gestures. A string of fire shoots from her finger into the pile of wood. She winked at him

"Rudiment spells work best for things like that," she returned to her spell sheet and glanced at Zachana, pointing at her and shouting something harsh. There was a loud explosion and Alliene found herself pinned under a gigantic foot of a dragon. Zachana jumped and quickly shrank down to her original size.

"Aha! It worked," Alliene declared in drow, hugging her dragon happily," No need for sentries tonight then!" she grinned.

Kneeling down, Calaethis embraces his wolf, taking it's head in his arms, and placing his own cheek against its mussle. Calaethis looked in surprise as the wolf trots over to Alliene, and lies down by her feet. Calaethis followed the entire things, his eyes growing wider all the time, in an awed toen he whispered "I think he's accepted you as pack leader cousin, perhaps he senses my respect for you..." then he looked annoyed "I want to take first watch please. Preferbly not with Dameon. Nothing personal, I just want to spend some time alone with Alliene..." waiting for her responce, Calaethis occuppies himself by sitting near the lake, and staring at the sky.

Calaethis grins, "Oh but cousin... I wanted you to believe me... so I brought it back, as a token..." then he sneers "Please explain to Dameon that goblins hate elves... and try to kill them on site usually..." then he gets up and walks away... "I'm going for a walk... not to far, just a couple of moments around the pool... I want some time to think..."

Before he left, he spun around and glanced at his cousin "Alliene... you're dragon, it can change size at will? Could we perhaps ride upon it's back? That way we'd cover more ground..."

Calaethis looks annoyed and dissapears into the shadows as he walks thinking ' this Dameon seems to be taking a liking to my cousin... not that its any of my buisness... still, I would hate to see Alliene making any mistakes... although, she can take care of herself..' Calaethis sighs, and looks around for Kaltia, hoping she could walk with him for a while... he wanted to know more about the half-drow ranger...
