The only way I'm considering losing another 20 pounds is gambling in the UK...
 Thanks, everyone! It's been quite a change for me, and all for the better. And it's all for my own internal reasons... being healthier, and not trying to be thin (although being thinner is a pleasant side-effect  ). Now, I've just got to keep the momentum going...
