I don't think "god" would want to feel what that hog felt in it's last few hours of life. Matter of fact, I think "god" would smite us for torturing one of his creations in such fashion.
Where is "god"? I want to have a word with him... His people somehow have developed the idea that they are better than him..... and everything else (including the Earth), is below them. Why would he give them that impression?
Or maybe they are just so arrogant that they just "assumed" that role?

We are yet to be proven otherwise.

I certainly hope that you are. Good luck with that arrogant ignorance thing, though. Really makes you look smart, and the chicks dig it, right?

Huntings been going on .....forever. As long as someones going to actually eat it I have no real problem with it. And no I'm not a hunter. But this kid ( and relatives) followed it around for hours, and let the kid shoot it 8 times? If your going to hunt take the damn thing out fast. A .50 cal pistol can do it in 1 shot. Lern2shoot or dont hunt.

lets try not to put God in here as its a touchy subject. But hunting has always been more than just a sport but a necessity. Just imagine if scientist could examine that body and find the gene and create a whole new pig size. Could solve world hunger i reckon.

Given the chance, the pig would've wasted the whole hunting group and probably all nearby settlements. All creatures on this earth are inherently evil, Lord Michael. Humans are simply more potent. Oh, and the quote did mention they were planning to make sausage of the pig, so it is going to feed someone.

Lord Alcohol: Firearms aren't quite as effective as advertised. Take this event for example. A human can, with luck, get shot quite a few times before he is incapacitated. And that thing was really, really big. With large bones and lots of extra blood.

Seriously, pig doesn't need to be dead for a scientist to examine it. From what i know, scientists can learn all that and more from a live animal. Pig died solely in the name sport.

Ah yes, the infamous Miami shoot-out. Clearly an example of under powered weapons against an overpowering assailant!
