Just tried watching a bit of a game, and I got a few observations.
It's 1am here in Blighty, and it's Vikings vs Redskins. Firstly, how slow paced is this game? Its like action for 10seconds, then stop for 30. Repeat. That bored me instantly, especially when a lot of the time the throws from the offence were either missed, or went straight into a defenders arms. It lasts like 5 seconds before the game is stopped. Another thing, there are less tackles than in Rugby. From what I saw, the guy threw the ball, someone caught it and there was one tackle. Or he missed and there is none. Then another 30 second pause. At least in rugby and in soccer, it's constant action. But I did see a clip, and some of the tackles did look awesomely hard. That could make it worth watching! But in the 10mins I watched or so, it just wasn't donig anything for me!
