I know how to do that its just anyone clicking on his history tab will still see the webpage.
The strange thing is that its not being removed when he clears his history.

Reading Kakero's first and second posts in the thread, I'm sure his problem is autocomplete, which has nothing to do with History.
About history items not being deleted (which is a separate issue), you can easily delete items from the history tab by right-clicking and choosing delete.

In Firefox, I can delete web sites that it has remembered by highlighting them and doing shift-delete. They then disappear from the list.

Auto complete involves many things, not just web adresses, if you turn it off, it won't remove where he has previously been, which is the main objective here

Just make sure you clear it from your history as well. After all its only a single mouse click away......
