Aaah, school sweet school! Some of these stories remind me of my high school days. On the one hand I was this nice kid, who was paying attention, on the other hand, I was this total brat, who would talk throughout class and stuff like that. I've never been suspended, though, mainly because I could talk my way out of it so well. Detention, yes. Don't get me started

In my last two years on high school (I was 16/17 at the time), I had a Science teacher who just a real pain in the ass. He proved to be ok in the end, but in class he could be really humiliating towards you when you failed to understand something. I was never good at Science, so we clashed numerous times. It would always be something like this:

(ME)"I don't get it."
(HIM)"No, you never get it, do you?"
(ME)"What's that supposed to mean?"
(HIM)"Well, you never get it."
(ME)"I don't go around calling you stupid, do I?"
(HIM)"That's it, you can leave."

Although I never agreed with the terms under which I was sent out of class, I always went immediately, simply because I refused to spend another minute with that stupid ass in the classroom.

The beautiful thing about this whole continuous clashing, was that when I finally was about to graduate, we (as the final year students) organised a little stunt. Every last year can do such a thing. At the time, the Weakest Link was just new in Holland, so we made a "Weakest Link" with teachers. We had made the 'explanatory videos' (where the contestants get to say what they think) beforehand, and I *really* wanted to play that rotten Science teacher, and so I got to play him.

Needless to say, the whole school thought I made the best impression of him, congratulating me and all, but at one moment, suddenly that Science teacher came up to me, and told me that he had really liked the imitation, and he asked me if he could have the tape with it. We never clashed after that, and my attitude towards him changed, simply because I knew I had gained his respect in that way.

Your story was great, sounds like a pretty fun thing to do, and really good it turned out the way it did.

I once had a science teacher who picked on me, or at least I thought he did, well he stopped after i got %98 in a test, and we have been pretty good friends ever since.

I used to get into fights all the time at my old school, but those days are over: I took a vow not to fight unless I had to, and (although I'm unpridictable) I just mouth people off a bit and stick to my word.

Beuty of it is: I never got in trouble!

Hey, I've still gotabout 4 more years to reak havok!

Some of you got expelled for minor things and sounds more like teachers on a power trip. For the firecrackers and tossing things in the air conditioner I would say you deserved it and were lucky, today they would probably charge you with terrorism or something.

I never got expelled but you can get away with a few things when you are a goody two-shoes.

Grade 6 - I got a detention for being at a talkative table in the library. I didn't say a word but still got detention. I guess it was because I would not say who was talking but I was pissed about my first and only detention. I would have been OK for getting one for something I did.

Grade 7 - This guy in front of me kept turning around and marking my arm with his pen being a nuisance. I told him to stop, he didn't so I told the teacher to tell him to stop. I am not a tattle-tell but the dude was severely pissing me off and it is better to go thought proper channels. When he kept it up I got up in the middle of class walked up to his desk (just in front of mine) bent down, grabbed the front and back leg of his desk and flipped him and his desk right over in the middle of class. The teacher was pissed, "He was like what the hell are you doing?", I could barley contain my laughter, but calmly said "He would not stop." The evidence of my blue arm (ink) clearly showed that I was telling the truth. The dude in front of me got moved to another area of the class room.(side note: The guy marking me up was the son of the teacher who gave me the detention. Revenge is sometimes sweet.)

Grade 10 - I was always a pretty good student so for French my best friend used to copy off of me a lot. But this one time I didn't have time to do my homework so I copied off of my friend because he got help. The teacher noticed that the assignments were the same so immediate she blamed my friend because he had done it before and was going to give him zero on the assignment. I wanted to burst out laughing so I confessed and got the zero instead. The assignments were not worth much as we had like 2 or 3 a week for 10% of the entire year so no biggie. I could not let my friend take the fall as he needed it more than me.

Ah yes on that sweet subject of "Teachers" I would like to mention is it just me or is there a corresponding things wiht librarians?( Only at schools)
They are so annoying!! Especially the ones at my school. (Intrepid knows all about them!)
Anyway the ones at my school are @#%@!!@!! Constanly YaP!!YaP!!YaP!!YaP!!YaP!!YaP!!YaP!!YaP!!YaP!!YaP!!

The bad thing is that their are two at my school and they both are just as bad as each other. They think that they are in control of you while your in the library and while anyone that is in their you must "obey" them.
It almost like ADNA where the Dungen Master has full control of the field. As soon as you walk through those doors. The balance of powers are altered, even other teachers have to listen to them!!! It's Crazy!!!!!

Wait till its year 12 muck up day for US!!!!!!!
Muhahaha!!

as in they nag over minor, seemingly details, and the students are allways considered inferior and incorrect disregarding the circumstances. Also not all librarians just the ones at my old school.
