The dream sequences in Max Payne were scary. They were really weird.

Read my lips... RESIDENT EVIL 2... And I even haven't come out of the Racoon Police station yet!!!

I was playing it, it was like 5 going to 6 p.m. (the time that usually day turns to darkness) I was so enthralled that I was just there playing it not minding to turn on the lights... and I was scared... then there was this creature I forgot... the one where you go into the interrogation rooms... and you get the rope and the lighter I think... and then I ran out... after that, BAM!!! There was this monster...

I don't usually scream, but this I screamed my ass off!!! And I totally freaked out, went paranoid, and then I turned the lights on with my loud beating heart...

It freaking scared the Beejeezus outta me!!!

Twisted Metal Black (is that what it's called? the newest one out on PS2)...that's a really spooky game, specifically the storyline video stuff for each character...pretty macabre stuff.

Alone in the dark...that one should be locked away somewhere, so it can't do any more harm

Oh and one more that I'm surprised nobody mentioned..

SILENT HILL!! THE ORIGINAL, THE BEST AND THE SCARIEST GAME IN COMPUTER GAMING HISTORY!

Man that game REALLY freaked me out..when you were in the pitch darkness and suddenly you went into a room with bloodstained walls and..a creepy piano..then you heard the clicking noise and you realise you're not alone in the darkness..
You knew something was coming towards you but you had no idea what it was in the darkness(it was literally pitch black) when suddenly you come across this little kid..who turns around and looks like some kinda skinned baby or something..
FREAKY! Ghostly children really scare me
