A) The OEM processor comes without the default heatsink / fan for it. Which is perfect, if you mean to overclock / buy a better one.

Well the OEM idea can be scrapped anyway. It would be marginally cheaper to get the OEM processor in the UK, but only by a couple of pounds. (You can't get OEM chips here) What with the longer warranty, and buying all my parts from the same store, it seems better to get it here.
