So true. My shirts at dry cleaner: $0.99 ea.

My wife's shirts, termed "blouse" by the cleaner based on the location of buttons on the opposite side, and smaller than mine: $3-$5 ea, for dry cleaning, no "clean and press" option.

That's just rude.
