Off the top of my head, I think command squads, tactical squads, veteran squads, assault squads, bike squads, and scout bike squads can all purchase the flamer. The Termie squads can get the heavy flamer, as can the landspeeder tornado (mine has it). Grey knight allies can get the Incinerator, which is like a flamer, but better. A SM character can get a combi-flamer, but you really don't want to give the +1Attack you'd get by simply taking a bolt pistol plus your close attack weapon with a character.

After playing Warhammer: Dawn of War. I'm thinking of getting some Warhammer figurines, is there a specific rule book for the game? If I did start an army however it would either be Space Marines or DA BOYZ! (Orks)

Iv been playin Dawn of War for a while and collecting Warhammer 40K for even longer there is a starter box set out with everything needed to get started including rules and models and some scenery although a bit tricky to learn its great fun

Dawn of War is very fun, much better than most other RTS games, especially the creation of your own Chapters and Armys, and of course the Ork Killa Kan has my favorite line
