And don't really care on the subject, to be honest. I exercise regularly, though I don't really see the point in pushing it to the max or counting some short-term achievements; it's stamina building I'm after, not that much my basic speed on short distances or 45 second muscle straining for some silly record. I run for an hour on end 3 times a week, and do pushups whenever I feel like it - but always in series of 20, and often 6 to 9 series a day (sometimes all within 10 minutes, sometimes spread throughout the day - don't really care). I also do some additional exercises that may include sit-ups, but I never really bother to count those. Don't do pull-ups because I don't really have the means to do so.
My stamina still isn't what it used to be, but for someone who'd been out of the loop for several years with a freaky glandular fever/meningitis hybrid, I'm doing fine I guess (I've gained 25 pounds since my absolute low in september '01, when I was basically a bag o'bones).

I'm with you Grojlach...

I swim 2 days a week (breaststroke), 2 miles in an hour. Not flying but not horrible either (a bit under 2 minute hundreds).

I lift 3 days a week for about 90 minutes... my workout weight is low but I do lots of reps (min 12 reps per set x 3 sets). I use free weights or Hammer Strength equipment. I have not checked my max in a long time, so I have no idea what it would be in each category.

A few of the exercises I do:

Leg press (squat) - 450 lbs
Bench press - 160 lbs
Pull down (basically a pull up) - 200 lbs
Curl - Two styles, 70 in one, 90 in the other.
Situp machine - 100lbs, 40 reps
Reverse situp - 210lbs, 30 reps

I consider myself in decent shape, but I can't seem to get rid of the beer gut... probably because I drink too much beer.

Here's a list of my exercises:
4x50 situps
5x30 pushups

Various weight exercises. I'm also doing squats and all but currently I am doing Air alert 3 program.

Pull ups: Haven't had the chance to check that
Mile time: 11-12 minutes or so, I can't remember exactly but I know it was somewhere in there.
Pushups: Somewhere in the 60-70
Set ups: Haven't checked.

I workout five days a week with free weights. My maxes in the core lifts we do are

Bench press: 210 lbs
Incline press: 170 lbs
Push press: 170 lbs
Squat: 300 lbs
Deadlift: 355 lbs
Power clean: Uh, last I checked it was 140, but I don't do it very much so I bet it's gone down.

I do a lot of other things too like curls, lat pulldowns, tridowns, skull crushers, military press, leg press, leg extension, leg curls, etc. Our weightroom at school lacks machines. We only use three machines. The Bear (You do bear jumps on them, like frog jumps, only with weight on one end.) Attack Extension (Hard for me to explain really. ) And another machine which name has slipped my mind at the moment.

Can do 10 pullups now, and back when I did pushups daily I maxed at 62 once (averaged 50-55), about as many situps. Warm up before each weight lifting session by running for 5 minutes, during which I cover a distance of about 1500 meters.

EDIT: Since, others began doing it , here are my current weight lifting stats, all for 6 rep maximum

70 lbs Dumbbell press
285 lbs Deadlift
220 lbs Free squat

I'm assuming a pullup is a chinup.

Pullups: 1, 2 if I'm lucky
Mile run: Pff... probably 10 mins.
Pushups: 30-35, probably 45 with a small break somewhere in there.
Situps: 50 or so? I'm not sure, haven't done any in a while.
