Try getting 14 reputation points without leaving Waukeen's Promenade. I bought mine when I had 13 reputation points.

Start with 11, 2 from the Circus Tent.

Unless you are Lawful Good, then you start with 12.

OK guys thank you all. I finally bought the robe at 21k gold pieces, with the ring and friends spell, thus having a charisma of mere 24 The other problem is that i am a NG char, and if I remember correctly, LG-dies recieve one rep. point more from the beginning. So never mind the costs, even now money is not a problem for my Ker Laeda

What a funny thing?? In the first game I saved every coin to get those @#$%&* 20k gold pieces, and now I buy an item (ok, Item!) for 21'000 without hesitation, and even without leaving one area of the city I imagine my next game....
