Not sure...I'd be inclined to bet on it actually happening though. Donut is after all a Gooners fan and he would have seen David Seaman throughout his catastrophic career attempting this maneuver many times after various Arsenal/England games, so if he saw Dudek do it, it must've happened. On Seaman's attempts though, as he tried to throw himself in front of the bus, the bus hit a speed hump and flew over him.
