Hmmm....Tarrasques are pretty rediculous (or rather, THE tarasque, there's only one).
However, as Shadowpup mentioned, Asmodeus was in some of the original stuff, although as a general rule he isn't necessarily a monster, depending on your definition. If you DO include Asmodeus, he's pretty powerful...he's the supreme devil (an archdevil, one of several but the most powerful), and is technically a Greater Power (a la Mystra, Bane, Helm, and all the other Greater Powers, although he's a devil)...he rules Baator...he has a number of other names, among them Lucifer (yes, THAT Lucifer). |
