Hrrrm, I hadn't heard that. I will have to try and look it up and see what the context is, I cannot believe that ANY leader of a major Nation would say something like that as justification for any actions. I will also write a letter to GWB chastising him for letting such petty concerns influence his decisions concerning our nation if that is the context of his statement. (seriously, altho I will very carefully avoid anything that might sound even remotely like a threat )

Just some links:

Not sure if this means that war is just about him. I know Bush would like SM gone and I think this just one of the reasons...not necessarily THE reason.

In fact this joke doesn't work in the UK (where we have such a chain) because we pronounce Iraq differently to you. The 'I' doesn't rhyme with eye, but rhymes with 'bee'.

Ahhh Tie Rack is a chain or stores...I get it now And I didn't know that y'all pronounced it EEraq....altho I have heard the news casters trip all over themselves trying saying araq, iraq, uhraq, and such...so who knows how any of the middle eastern things is "really" supposed to be pronounced?

My publicly stated dislike for GWB? - have I ever done that - please post

I haven't gotten any proof - just as you haven't. I'm just a little more sceptical as to the US motives.

I guess we see on Jan. 27th when the Inspectors deliever their rapport to the Secuerity Council of WoMD in Iraq - so they haven't come up with anything new.

Technically you have never to my knowledge actually said I hate GWB...I am inferring this from the content of your posts, and you are absolutely right for calling me on that issue

Thats is kind of my point. A lot of people are out there saying what GWB actually wants....as if they are mind readers and privey to his psychic emmenations. Without actual proof to the contrary you really should be taking him at his word, instead of putting made up thoughts and fears as an actual motive (no Im not talking about YOU as in YOU Ar-Cunin...but the YOU as in the general anti-bush public.

Yeah, but if they do not list that gigantic Northern "presidential palace" North and east of Baghdad (can't recall the name of the place ) as a place that was inspected then the whole inspection thing is a joke. There is a whole under mountain complex located there which is exactly why the US has been doodling around with Mini-Nuke bunker buster plans.

There are more than 100 gig of satelite photos and the words of the Leading Inspectors from the last round of Inspection some 10 years ago....the first guy to report on it was not a US resident and it was reported to the UN....pretty hard for it to be a "US" lie....then again maybe we used hollywood to lie about everything...the Moon landings were faked too Sheesh...
