LOL, Nice One! I was getting to where I could only fly in circles, you know. A little exercise of the other wing will have me flying straight again.

I don't really know what the Supremes are going to do, and it really doesn't matter a whole bunch to me. The only effect I can see is that which ever way they decide, will bring out more political pun-dents to YAP on the TV news shows, but that is easly controled by the changing the channel.

BUT if I was to bet on their decision I'd say it will be middle of the road, Prisoners must be treated according to international treaties the US has entered into. Individual citizens that are held at Gitmo that are US citizens must recieve access to lawyers, citizens of other countries must be granted access by who ever treaties say they have the right to see. That would be my bet.

I hope that's not the leason you learned from them, those boys and others spent nearly 2 decades trying to work with the king, before breaking with the him. From what I can see they questioned to see IF the gov't was trustworthy. Not just the gov't but ALL who have some sort of power, be it the press, employers, some special interest group "Hale" even the local dog cactcher. Question to find out if they are trustworthy, not if you agree but if they are trustworthy. Trustworthiness and Agreement are not the same thing.
