800 megs free space, 8x speed CD-ROM drive.

Some people also say that it's vital that you download the patch, I haven't done so and it runs fine on my computer, some of the "major" bugs that it fixes are a few infinite XP spots, or so it would appear.

Thanks, Neb! I have now ordered it from Amazon - should be here in 2-3 days! I have been LONGING for a new game! I'm all exitipated now, lol!

If you liked Crusaders, try Redguard (from Bethesda). I think you might enjoy it. And the storyline is quite good, if you are into that.

Thanks for the info on the game! Does it need any kind of 3D graphics to run? Unfortunately I use a laptop so I'm limited to 2D games. (played crusaders on the PSX)

I think that our dear Fljotsdale meant RPG games, not DND games.

Hey! I'm an old lady!

What's the difference? They all use DnD rules, don't they?
Pray enlighten my ignorance!

D&D rules are like the ones used in Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale and Planescape, Albion, for example does not use D&D rules, there is, for example, no Thac0, damage is not calculated with things like 2D8 and 1D6, and none of the classes are Fighters, Thieves, Mages or Clerics.

So, BG,IWD and Planescape ARE DnD games, then, not 'merely' RPGs? But the rest of my list are RPGs? I think Daggerfall uses some sort of DnD type stuff... ??

I'm not sure how much D&D Daggerfall is, though everything is at least part D&D because it shares the concept of Stats, HP and AC.

Not 'merely' RPGs seems to suggest that D&D RPGs are better, they are not, it's merely a different system.
