250,
LOL *hugs* Thanks Blade, Conan! You too Grand-Ranger! Texas is really a beautiful place, I just don't know many people here and my son has been my best friend for the last twenty years. Adam, You're just too nice! Does your brother wear a nose ring and have a fantastic sense of humor? (if so, we could be secretly related somehow heh heh ) Fljotsdale, Wow, you make me feel tall! My son, as personable a man as he is, has always been quite shy with women beyond developing great friendships with them, anyway. It actually took him over a year just to talk to the girl he is dating right now! He's very happy he finally did though, she seems to be the perfect match for him. *hugs* |

I'm a little late seeing this, but congratulations Moni. Glad that you were able to have a wonderful time together for the time he was with you. Here's hoping for more happy times for you to be together in the future.

That's great Moni! Good to hear that there are a few parents out there that enjoy a visit from their children. Your son is moving all the way to Chicago? That's cool. If he's into snowboarding he might get sick of the sport after a few winters there. You're only 5'4? I'm just a little bit taller than you 5'5. About time I found someone shorter than me!

Thanks Redblueflare!
Yeah, I am hoping that a winter in Chicago will "cool him off" to the idea of living so far away. (Not that I could get him to live in Texas, but I liked having him in AZ at least) 5'5" huh? Cool...we could have "eye to eye" discussions! Did you notice Fjotsdale is only 5'1"? She makes me feel tall. |

quote: Yeah but you aren't pushing forty years old either! I am sure if you and your mom are friends now, you lways will be. My son and I had our ups and downs in his teen years but for the most part, we have always gotten along and have been great friends. Bahamut, 5'7"? Cool! I am glad you guys liked the pics and I am very glad that I was able to share them (thanks Ziroc!). |
