there is a backup possibility. if you have back up of your windows, go to it. if you have a windows startup disk, try it. cover all possibilities. thats pretty much it. the worst part of it is if you have to upgrade pr reformat without your desire to do it...

Hey guys, I had this problem missing DLL's, all I did was a reinstall of the OS. I was using 98, was getting all kinds of errors. I don't know if you tried this yet, not a fix, but a reinstall of the OS.
