As the current resident pestering people about KOTOR, I suppose I have to vote yes. I don't own any consoles and have no plans to get one in the near future, so no non-PC games for me.

I have no clue what constitutes "adequate traffic" to justify a forum, but as a humble player/reader and occasional poster, I'd be happy if a KOTOR forum(s) was around long enough to generate a more solid FAQ than I've seen elsewhere.

I agree with the previous posts that it's not one of the more difficult/complex RPG's out there, but I'm not sure that's important. What I've found so far is that it's pretty easy to finish, but there are LOTS of different ways of accomplishing the main plot quests, not to mention the tons of side-quests and little easter eggs. There seems to be quite a bit of NPC-related content as well, including two romances that I'm aware of.

Anyway, I'm sure a KOTOR forum will have plenty of lame threads and peter out eventually, but I think it will accumulate enough unique and useful information to be worthwhile while it's active and a useful reference even after its activity fades.

Well maybe instead of a KOTOR forum, how about a Starwars game or Lucas arts forum???
Not the best Idea I have had, but there are plenty of Starwars games out there and I have most of em, and have HEAPS of questions that would fit nicely into a forum like that.

I'm up for the KOTOR forum. Jade wotsit? I think not.

How many X-Box users actually use it to browse the Internet and participate in forums? Far easier to stick with mostly PC format games.

How about a Bioware games forum? That way, as Bioware creates more console/pc games (KOTOR 3?), then the forum would continue to get new topics of discussion, while remaining there for the poor soul who needs KOTOR1 help in 3 years

A console forum, as said above, would also be a cool idea.

Umm, Correct me if Im wrong, but Obsidion made KOTOR 2, not Bioware right?
dont get me wrong though, a Bioware forum would be great, and we could *pretend* bioware made KOTOR 2

Does that mean that NWN, BG, IWD would all get shoved in that forum too?

Oops. Yea, obsidian made that, I don't own KOTOR2 and didn't know.

Sir G, I was thinking along the lines of
"other" Bioware games.

Well, that's pretty much all of the Bioware games, minus MDK2 and Shattered Steel as well as the Xbox ones.

Looks like Jade Empire could be game of the year. I am considering buying an XBOX just to get it.
