Then how come it is not a dunmer-like voice? In fact it's not a voice like any other - except Azura's. I mean, if it were the Dunmer women then why did they not use the normal Dunmer women voice-actor?

The woman is not a dunmer. looks more like a breton to me.

What? Uh, that might be. Its a long time gone since I did that quest... but still it doesn't really change anything. But take a little listen to that voice. It does not come from a human. More like a ghost or spirit... or daedra.

I just did that quest again. this time with my speaker on. and I did hear something. it sounds more like a breton voice to me.

I said breton voice because I heard the breton ( the girl who want you to find her ring ) said it.

If you hear a dunmer voice maybe because you heard it from her commrade. her commrade is a dunmer.
