next time you visit madras in upper trynton, ask him about the rapax!

lol! he's so hilarious.
he tells you all about this gadget he invented (being a gadgeteer and all).... called, of all things, a "RapaVac". it's designed to rid the world of, what else? the rapax.

so, he made this huge, barbed cannister that sucks the rapax up into it, slicing and dicing them on their way in. he says it worked beautifully. well, actually, not quite beautifully. it kinda sliced and diced the testers who were holding the gizmo.

he shrugs and says "heh! win some, lose some!".

i kinda decided to NOT adopt him into my party after that story.

LOL Ves
I remember that episode. I also left him behind. I thought he might just invent some contraption that would backfire and kill all my characters with a "oh dear, reallllyyyy sorry about that guys, not my fault, you should have ducked"

LOL! good idea!!

i was just messing with my 2 member party (brother and sister lunatics). the sis has the aggressive, white trash voice from hades that really cracks me up.

her brother threw a load of faerie sleepy dust on a bunch of baddies and missed... boy, was SenSen pissed off! it backfired on her and she started yelling:

"Who the heck taught you.... to....*snuffle*... to...!??"

she never finished what she started to say, cuz she fell asleep!!! LMAO!

One time coming back to Arnika, He'Li was pretty congratulatory to my party, offering up beer, and offered her body, I swear it! I noticed that that particular line didn't "print up" below, though!

hmmm. we're all girls. i wonder if she'll do the same for us? ::giggles::

oh well. hey, i was just visiting the Don for the first time with my girls and Milo was making us reveal what we wanted to talk to the Big Guy about, so this time we typed in "Astral Dominae" (we usually say Destinae Dominus or Marten).

LOL!
With that funny Mafia-Brooklyn Boy accent of his, Milo says,"Boss! Ya nevah gunna beleive dis!! Ha Ha. Da Freekin' Astral Dominae."

oopsie, looks like i'm one of the ones who thinks this stuff is so funny that she keeps posting! (actually more like a proud mama showing off the little darlings!) LOL! oh well. doesn't take much to amuse me ::smiles and shrugs::

we just ran into "Dark 'n Cranky" (as Fantasm's group calls him) on the road and Aiode has the Biggest Mouth! he hadn't even finished threatening us, when she starts yelling, so loudly it started to draw a crowd.... of monsters!:

"Where ya going, HAH? you call yourself some kinda Dark God and you run from me? Let's go after him! I don't care what Vi says, I can kill him with my eyes closed!"

heheh! she thinks highly of herself, eh?

Veselle, If you think that Madras's reply about the RapaVac was interesting, ask him about the Cosmic Circle. Another reason that I decided to have my own gadgeteer.

I also think it is funny when you talk to Rattus Rattus and ask him about Milano Calzone. I am sure that this is a joke where he is pretending to missunderstand you as if you said, "You wanna calzone?"

I like the my ranger with the chaotic 2 voice, the one that thinks Braffit is so good, kind and hates him. One time he died and I used some powder on him. His comment was "Why did you bring me back from death's sweet embrace?" He acted like I was punishing him by bringing him back.

My bard, the one that loves intruments of destruction loves to spot, "Another victim", although she can't seem to make up her mind. Half the time "They will die quickly." and half the time "They will die slowly." I am begining to think my bard and my ranger have a thing for each other.

I heard this too. Hilarious! She says something like, “Wow, you guys are really amazing! Free ale for everyone! And I’ll even throw in a little something extra… MY BODY!”

My favorite exchange so far was when my faerie mage died:

Loner Ranger: “She’s… dead.”

Eccentric Bard: “Yeah, well… I think it was really her time.”

One of my favorites - my M Rawulf Lord with the French/German/Swedish/Russian voice (not sure which one it is) commenting on the death of another character:

"There are predators and there are prey... our companion, I think he was prey."

His level up comment is great as well - "Spludid (splendid), I become even more deadly!"

Or my Rogue/Bard after a fight "I'll look around for anything they might have dropped" or searching "Oh! I must've dropped this..."

When one of my characters dies, my Rogue always comments, "I'll carry his stuff!"
