That's Gary Jules - Mad World from the Donnie Darko movie/soundtrack. Awsome!

ADD: In the line with the movie, this part of the song's lyrics impressed me most:

And I find it kinda funny
I find it kinda sad
That the dreams in which I'm dying
Are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you
I find it hard to take
When people run in circles
It's a very very mad world

If you've seen the movie, you'll know what I'm talking about. Especially the first four lines fit in the movie perfectly..

I hope this one is not too obscure but it if it is I'll think up another one.

The album of a Finnish melodic death metal this song appeared on has the same name as the song.

(spoken text)Death be not proud, though some have called thee mighty and dreadfull, thou art not so(/spoken text)

Loosing the war I'm feining to win
though I never tried to to strive deep
from within. Life could be beautiful
for anybody it's for, but I'd swear this
motha---' --- is rotten to the core.

The portal has been past and it's
time to make a turn, to (song title edited out)
until the point of no return.

Geez, I thought it would last a bit longer then five minutes... well done Link.
Yeah I enjoyed the movie and when I heard the song I was very impressed. I have no idea how many times I have found myself singing it outloud and people giving me strange looks

How a world can be so cold,
Stealing the souls of the man.
Cloudy skies rain down on all your dreams,
You wrestle with the fear and doubt,
Sometimes it's hard but you gotta believe...."

philip : Gary Jules -mad world?

I'll add a new one instead of my other lyrics:

Debut single of a Brazillian metal band. Don't know think it was broadcasted by MTV at the time, though I never saw anything else
I have nothing to say,
but I feel like my mouth's wide open.
Everything that is real,
comes around,
comes around

No one has figured out this lyric yet. Would you all like another hint?
