I'm a spiderman maniac...but I'm also an X-Men maniac too
I've heard that the next Spider man movie is due to come out in 2007.
That may not be the correct year, but that is what I have heard.

I would love to see Venom and/or Carnage in the next one. The rhino or scorpion would also be pretty cool. I havn't seen the movie yet, but why would he reveil his secret. He shows MJ before they get married, and Black Cat/Felicia Hardy (I bet Jessica Simpson would be able to play her, well, she looks like her) he shows Harry I think, but after a long time. As for the Hobgoblin and Green Goblin, who would be the Green Goblin, they Killed off Norman Osborn.
I'm guessing you haven't seen the movie. As in the comics, Harry will very likely become the Green Goblin.

As for Petey being too strong in the train scene, I'm not sure I agree with you. Spidey has limits, but, in the comics, he often surpasses these limits in times of great need, or emotion. Anyone remember when Aunt May was sick, and Spidey needed to get her the medicine, but was trapped under tons of rubble? That's essentially the same thing! Gosh, I love those comics!

I heard it was going to be in 2007 too. The next villian better be Venom if I have to wait that long

I'm hoping there won't be a 'goblin' in the next movie, because having two movies centered around them wouldn't be that good, not unless Spiderman has to fight two villians, then that would work out I guess.

Yea, I remember a couple of issues where he actually took down the Hulk, that was really hard to believe. If anyone has ever read the Secret Wars, you would know how strong the Hulk really is, and Spiderman really isn't all that likely to win.

Yeah Venom rocks. IIRC Spidey has the strength of 10 normal humans.

Question: Where was the Stan Lee cameo?

Answer, Well, I thought I saw two, one could have been in the laundromat where he was washing his suit, the guy with his back to Parker, and the other that was definitely him was during one of Doc Ock's rampages, I think the bank scene, when he pulled a guy back before a piece of falling building could crush him.

In the first one he's only in it for a split second (his cameo got cut mostly out, but if you watch the DVD you can see it in deleted scenes)

He's also in the Hulk, walking with the actor from the original tv show.

In another issue of Spiderman, I recall him supporting the Daily Bugle after most of one side of the building was blown out, he supported it long enough for most of the people inside to get out, and IIRC webbed it to hold up after he stepped away.

Spider-man, according to the Ultimate Guide, or w/e its called, can lift 10 tons. True, this is nothing to the Hulk, but whoever said fighting was totally based on strength? Spidey is likely the most agile super-hero around! But even more, he's a more human character, not big and green. Writers and readers love human characters. that's why, like when they have those comics "super-hero1 Vs. super-hero2" Spidey and Batman come out on top. Writers enjoy seeing the tenacity and "never-say-die" attitudes that those two characters personify in humans. So it's all about the writers. Duh!

</font>
I saw the first one, but Harry becomes the Hobgoblin after a while. and if your going to say "yeah in a while, but right now he'll be the green goblin" norman osborne doesn't die after a while either. Over all, the spiderman and X men movies are pretty different from the movies.
