See Cerek's post, quoting one of my earlier posts; it's actually Kevin McTaggert, her son.
Someone on another board posted a screenshot of that screen once, from God knows where; that's how I managed to identify those mutants. Ororo Munroe (Storm) was on the list as well, btw.

I don't think he was; can't recall him myself, either.

Ah, thanks. I really don't know anything about X-Men. Except the films.

Yes, he was. In fact X2 was probably adapted from the 'God Loves, Man Kills' story arc, given the similarities to the plot.

Magik was a pretty cool character... She was the best of the New Mutants, along with Rahne.
I have a question, though-- I have been away from comics for a while, but I read an article the other day that said Marvel decided after the success of the first film to "revamp" X-Men and basically restart it (due to the enormously complex history of the characters). This is supposedly where Ultimate X-Men comes from. Does anyone know if this is just an alternate version of the team, or has Marvel basically re-written X-Men continuity?
I always loved Marvel for trying to maintain continuity, rather than revamping it's characters every few years like DC does. I'd hate to think the'd abandoned that philosophy.
