My sister the Metal Elf and I has quite a few:
Umber hulks were generally known as blumberhulks
Hobgoblins are Slobgoblins
Jon Irenicus had various names that we can't remember right now
Anomen (Yes I know he's not *technically* a monster) was the Holy Brat
Can't think of any more right now.

Mine were:
Any monster that kicked my arse and wasn't a Boss-YOU "&^£"*£^£ "&^"$&$&* "Y^$&^$"($! &"%*&£"^ You, you %^&*"^ little ^"*" I know that you &^"% that &"^(£"*&" but still you %"&*^"*!!!!!!!!!!

Bosses are always referred to as "W*nkers" usually followed by "Oh, B*LL*X!" after I die, again

Don't they have 6 cases? I'm pretty much sure, though I might be wrong.

Russian does have six cases.
Just look at the expression "to begin to twinkle". It has the same word twice! Hahahahhahahahaha !
And we have such a word, too. Why is it so strange?
We have one word for "homeless person" as well. How can you stand the language with such long phrases, "homelesser" is such a nice word .

Just take a look at ancient greek. They have single words for phrases like: "to be a council member" or "to desert to the Medes"

Or take Sanskrit (ancient Indian), they use words which are half a line long to make up whole sentences.

By the way if you ARE familiar with Sanskrit you will notice that many seemingly ununderstandable Brand names are in fact Sanskrit words ("viagra" means "tiger" for example) and that many names in RPGs or Fantasy novels are Sanskrit too.
Vanij e.g. (you meet him in the Drow city IIRC) is Sanskrit for "merchant".

I'm no authority on Sanskrit, but to me that sounds like putting spaces between ideas simply hadn't come into popular usage yet. It can't really be called a "word" unless it is a general part of a sentence (e.g. the subject or the predicate, but not both), and is used more than once.

Now that scares me. Imagine having to memorize all the conjugations for those!

If we're thinking of the same person, it's spelled "Visaj"....but that is pretty much what he does. Well spotted!
