another way i found really easy is the stupid mage spell skull trap set 8 of them right about where he appears and he is dead the instant you release him, but only works if you got high lvl mage like 16 or above

I just hit him too, used a deva and he died fairly quick, which is surprising for me, because most things tend to kill Jaheira before they die.
Jaheira is officially my ToB cannon-fodder, if they aim mostly for her, wonderful, everyone else is safe for a while [img]smile.gif[/img]

I didn't have any problems with killing him. he doesn't do much damage and he dies quickly with spells. i had more problems with the dragon and the "IMRISONED ONE". they were fairly hard.
