Try a PI with improved alacrity right after the time stop. You two rounds or 20 tu's to cast. The Robe of Vecna and amulet of power get Dragon's breath down to 1 tu, so you can get *5* of those off, and still 15 to go. Have a Greater malison and 2 pierce magics on sequencer that takes you down to 14. Abi's HWilting takes 2 tu's, so cast 6 of those(which should work well after the pierce magics,) and finish off with 2 Magic Missiles for fun. Or skip the MM's and start on you next Time Stop(if you left a spell around....)
A big tank with a two handed sword works very well with greater whirlwind, but the benefit is reduced when dual wielding. A monk with critical strike kicks butt, but the winner is.... With all these great abilities, the one that killed Demogorgon the easiest was spike trap. Set 5 or 6 of them around anything that spawns and they are dead.

Improved Alacrity is not that good? Of course it is not good... calling it good is to insult it... it is... beyond good.

Improved alacricity combined with time stop is THE killer in the game.
You can release 5 Abi dalzim's.If you have forseen for a sequencer with 3 LR then it is 100d8 damage in a 15 ft radius. Hell if I was a sorcerer and had more 9th level slots I would use dragon's breath or commet but for us Necromancers Abi'Dalzim's is good enough!
